Menu Monday

Well, since I am going back to work I thought I should get more organized with dinner plans. So here is this weeks MENU:

Mon- Cheesy Beef & Bean Tacos
Tue- Chicken Enchiladas
Wed- Chicken & Rice Bake
Thu- Low Country Stew
